"Nasty and Rude people! READ REVIEWS ON YELP! This office is focus on ruining your insurance! Please just report them if you experience their DISHONESTY! They will DENY they ever did anything but they constantly will screw you up."
"We have rules and regulations from the state of Florida we must follow. That means we can only do what we are allowed to do. We most definitely cannot "ruin" your insurance but we do understand your frustrations with the industry. "

"I have been with the location for years. i don't know how to start with all the issues they had with me all those years, at least 3 times wrote new policies and failed to deliver, changed the prices after agreed, changed between vehicles without to let me know about it, discontinued my policy because of misunderstanding of their part. after i had solved everything. it was quiet for like a year, meanwhile they fired some of the people i worked with, and then it become a mess when only 1 manager suppose to review everything. i call after hours to add a new vehicle to my policy, got a price, and approved it, after few weeks the location let me know they cant proceed with that policy and its 150 more each month, i got upset, then they said i can have 3 main cars under my name , then a lot of go and back issues. i explained them i had all sort out with the corporation and that they just need to give it a go as the agency, they made it so complicated, manager Carly was very stubborn and made me change and pay more on my policies, not helpful at all, i have asked to speak with Nancy the owner, and in a cheeky kind of manor, said she can do nothing . i told them i want to move agency few years ago and they said its not possible. so IT IS POSSIBLE, i call corporate, and the transfer me to another agency. i would not recommend this location , there are better agencies . i just had too much issues with them over the years, and got tired, there were so many additional issues, that its hard to write them all. but they are very very not professional , and made me pay more money over the years. complicating the process. they will reply that they are sorry etc. but honestly im not interested in their sorry, they crossed the line . they should help the clients, and not make their life harder with excuses."
